Dear Friends,

As your winemaker, I'd like to personally invite you and your wine loving friends to join me on January 18th or January 19th for what is certain to be an enriching wine and food adventure.

We'll begin each evening with a private tasting of some of our most sought-after futures and current releases. Many of these wines are so limited in production that they never become available to the general public! I will offer these rare selections at preferred pricing exclusively during this event.

After the tasting, we'll sit down for an exquisite four-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Derek Myers. I will personally pair each course with impeccable wine selections. I know this will be an extraordinary wine and culinary experience for us all.

Please note that seating is quite limited, with only 60 seats available each night. The cost is $95 per person, and includes food, wine, gratuity, tax and parking. If you'd like to stay overnight, the hotel is offering a special Wine Dinner Room Rate of $89/night (regularly $119).

We're sure to create enduring friendships and memories throughout the evening. I hope we have the opportunity to raise our glasses, break bread and enjoy life to its fullest.
